How do I delete my event?

Log in as the organizer using your organizer password, then click the "Delete Event" button. This permanently removes the event and all associated data.

I forgot my organizer password. Can you help?

Unfortunately, we cannot recover organizer passwords since we don't store any personal information to verify ownership. We recommend using a password you'll remember or saving it somewhere safe when creating events.

How do I remove my name from an event?

Click the "×" button next to your entry. You may need to confirm your name. Alternatively, ask the event organizer to remove you.

Is SignupGadget really free?

Yes! SignupGadget is completely free to use. We support the service through minimal advertising.

Can I make my event private?

Yes! When creating a party or Secret Santa event, you can set a "Join Password" that guests must enter to RSVP. You can also mark it as a "Private Event" to hide the share button from guests.

How long do events stay active?

Events remain active indefinitely until deleted by the organizer. We may remove very old, inactive events periodically to keep our systems clean.
