Our Mission

SignupGadget was created with one simple goal: make event coordination easy without the hassle of accounts, spam emails, or complicated software.

We believe organizing a potluck dinner, coordinating volunteers, or setting up a Secret Santa exchange shouldn't require everyone to create accounts, hand over their email addresses, or deal with endless notification emails.

How It Works

SignupGadget is refreshingly simple:

  1. Create an event — Choose from 8 different event types including sign-up sheets, potlucks, volunteer schedules, party invites, and Secret Santa exchanges.
  2. Share the link — Send the unique event link to your group via text, email, or any messaging app.
  3. People sign up — Participants can add their name and selections without creating an account.
  4. That's it! — Everyone can see who's bringing what, who's attending, or who they got for Secret Santa.
