Our Mission

SignupGadget was created with one simple goal: make event coordination easy without the hassle of accounts, spam emails, or complicated software.

We believe organizing a potluck dinner, coordinating volunteers, or setting up a Secret Santa exchange shouldn't require everyone to create accounts, hand over their email addresses, or deal with endless notification emails.

How It Works

SignupGadget is refreshingly simple:

1. Create an event — Choose from 9 event types — sign-up sheets, potlucks, volunteer schedules, meal trains, task lists, supply lists, party RSVPs, Secret Santa exchanges and raffles — or start from a ready-made template.
2. Share the link — Send the unique event link to your group via text, email, or any messaging app.
3. People sign up — Participants can add their name and selections without creating an account.
4. That's it! — Everyone can see who's bringing what, who's attending, or who they got for Secret Santa.

Why We're Different

🔒 Privacy First

We don't collect email addresses. We don't require accounts. We don't use tracking cookies or follow you around the web — our visitor stats are anonymous counts from our own self-hosted, cookieless analytics. Organizers can delete their events (and every sign-up on them) at any time.

📭 No Spam, Ever

Since we don't have your email, we can't spam you. No "Someone signed up!" notifications. No marketing emails. No "We miss you!" messages. Just peace and quiet.
