No. They open your link, type a name (or sign up anonymously if you allow it) and pick a slot. That's it.
Can someone sign up for more than one slot?
Yes. People can take as many slots as they like, and each slot has its own limit for how many people can sign up.
Can I change the sheet after I share the link?
Yes. As the organizer you can add, rename and delete slots, change limits, close sign-ups or post an update. The link stays the same.
Can I make dated slots, like a weekly snack schedule?
Yes. Turn on "Make dated slots" and the schedule builder creates one slot per date, every day or once a week, with optional times. See the team snack schedule template.
How do people cancel or change their sign-up?
Each person gets a private edit link (and the device they used remembers them), so they can change or remove their own entry. The organizer can always make changes too.
